What You’ll Do

• Conduct routine and intricate laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to standardized protocols.
• Analyze test outcomes for precision, resolve discrepancies, and perform essential maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analytical testing as necessary.
• Document all processes in detail, mentor new team members or students, and maintain high lab standards.
• Uphold a sanitary and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current licensure throughout your employment tenure.
