Description – What Awaits You

• Assess test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analytical testing when required.
• Document all laboratory procedures with accuracy, mentor new staff members, and uphold stringent laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and compliant working environment, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, with a plan to attain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain the ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain up-to-date certification as a requirement of your role.
