Description – Your Responsibilities

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology—following established protocols diligently.
• Review results for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for necessary testing.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a spotless, safe work environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
