Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician – Evening Shift

We’re hiring a dedicated MT or MLT to join our laboratory team for the evening shift. In this role, you'll perform a variety of laboratory tests across multiple departments to support accurate diagnosis and quality patient care. Role Overview
- Perform testing in core lab departments including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment to ensure accurate results
- Analyze specimens and report findings to assist clinical teams with diagnosis and treatment
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and regulatory standards
- Support a smooth evening workflow by managing priorities and coordinating with other departments
- Maintain accurate records and assist in quality control and proficiency testing
Qualifications
- ASCP or AMT certification as an MT or MLT (or eligibility)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or related field
- Previous clinical lab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, timely results
- Flexibility and teamwork for evening shift coverage
