Where Mountains Meet Meaning – A Sonography Opportunity in the Heart of the Rockies
Tucked between snowcapped peaks and natural hot springs, life in this high-country Colorado town moves with a sense of balance—where breathtaking beauty, tight-knit community, and purposeful work come together in one unforgettable place. Surrounded by national forests, rivers, and open skies, this is a town where wellness is a way of life and neighbors genuinely care. If you’re a Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist looking to bring your skills to a setting that offers both impact and serenity, this could be the perfect place to plant your roots.
We’re hiring for a full-time position with flexible scheduling and a signing bonus, ideal for someone ready to join a mission-driven team in a place where your work is felt and appreciated. You’ll perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, echocardiography, and small parts studies. You’ll be the reassuring presence that helps patients through uncertain moments, offering clarity through your scans and comfort through your care.
To thrive here, you’ll need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field, certification through ARDMS or ARRT-S, and any required Colorado licensure. A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, particularly if you're confident working across multiple modalities and comfortable using imaging software. We’re looking for someone who not only has technical skill, but who brings calm, empathy, and clear communication to every patient experience.
You’ll join a small but mighty team of healthcare professionals who care deeply about what they do and who they do it for. Our work is rooted in collaboration, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to improving the lives of those in our community. Whether you’re early in your career or a seasoned tech, you’ll find space to grow, learn, and lead here.
Outside of work, life in the mountains offers a kind of peace you won’t find anywhere else. Whether it’s soaking in the famous hot springs after a shift, hiking alpine trails, skiing fresh powder in winter, or simply watching the sunset stretch across the San Juan Mountains, there’s always something here to ground you. This is a community that values wellness, independence, and connection—where you’re not just building a career, but a lifestyle.
We believe that sonographers are the heartbeat behind some of the most important moments in a patient’s journey. If you're ready to bring your talents to a place where nature inspires and your work truly matters, we’d be honored to have you.
