Key Responsibilities for Occupational Therapist:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities.
- Work closely with physicians, healthcare professionals, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term success.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure).
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
