Medical Technologist

A dedicated and detail-oriented MT/MLT is needed to join our laboratory team in Firth, Idaho. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, performing essential diagnostic testing to support patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, chemistry, and immunology.
- Analyze specimens and ensure accurate and timely test results.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment.
- Follow all quality control protocols and regulatory standards.
- Maintained thorough documentation and adhered to laboratory safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- ASCP or AMT certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.
- Idaho state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in a clinical laboratory is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
