Your Role:

As a valued member of our Hospice Care team, you will:

• Patient Assignments: Receive assignments from our Hospice Operations Leader, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow.
• Positive Environment: Foster a positive work culture through effective communication and teamwork.
• Comprehensive Care: Take on key responsibilities in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring each patient receives the attention they deserve.

What We’re Looking For:

• Illinois RN License: Essential for this role.
• BSN Preferred: A Bachelor’s in Nursing is a plus and valued in our team.
• Experience: At least one year of recent acute care or hospice experience to ensure high-quality care.
• Auto Insurance: Proof of insurance for bodily injury and property damage.
