Step Into High-Impact Nursing in a Region Where Grit, Grace, and Community Run Deep
If you're a Registered Nurse with a calling to care under pressure — whether it's in the Emergency Room, the Operating Room, or the ICU — this is your opportunity to do that work with purpose, precision, and the full support of a team that truly sees your value. You’ll be part of a tight-knit group of professionals who show up for each other and for the people we serve, every hour of every shift.
Whether you’re responding to trauma in real time, prepping a surgical suite for a complex procedure, or closely monitoring a critically ill patient, your work here will make a difference that lasts. You won’t just carry out protocols — you’ll bring calm to chaos, knowledge to the bedside, and strength to the moments that demand it most. This is where clinical excellence meets community care — and where your presence truly matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work full-time on a flexible schedule with options across days, nights, and weekends in the ER, OR, or ICU. In the ER, you’ll manage acute injuries, trauma, and medical emergencies in a fast-paced, highly collaborative setting. In the OR, you’ll support surgical teams with pre-op prep, intraoperative assistance, and post-op coordination. In the ICU, you’ll monitor complex conditions, deliver intensive therapies, and stay attuned to the smallest shifts in vitals and outcomes. Across all units, you’ll engage with patients and families, communicate with confidence, and help guide care when every second counts.
Why You’ll Love the Team — and the Region That Fills Life With Meaning
You’ll join a nursing culture where collaboration, training, and shared purpose are the norm. Whether you’re early in your RN career or stepping into a leadership role, you’ll be supported in growing your expertise — with access to mentorship, continuing education, and a workplace that treats you like a vital part of the care team, not just a number on a shift schedule.
And when you step outside the hospital walls, you’ll find a region rich in warmth, rhythm, and Southern soul. Tucked along a quiet stretch of bayou, this community balances small-town hospitality with a strong connection to the land, the river, and the stories that have shaped generations. From outdoor adventure in nearby wildlife refuges to food festivals, gospel brunches, and second-line parades, this place moves to its own beat — and always makes room for more.
You’ll discover neighborhoods where people wave from porches, downtown blocks where music flows out of open doors, and a food scene that’s as soulful as it is satisfying. Life here invites you to slow down without missing a thing — to work hard, rest well, and build a life that feels like it fits.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need an active RN license in Louisiana, along with current BLS and ACLS certifications. TNCC and PALS are highly valued, especially for ER and ICU roles. Experience in critical care, emergency response, or perioperative services is preferred — but we also welcome sharp, motivated new grads who bring heart, hustle, and a desire to grow in a high-acuity environment. You should be calm under pressure, committed to communication, and always ready to support the team.
