Athletic Trainer - Full-Time
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled athletic trainer to join our healthcare team in Paynesville, Minnesota. This role supports injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for athletes and active individuals in clinical and school-based settings. You’ll collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, coaches, and patients to promote safe physical activity and quick recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide athletic training services for local schools, sports teams, and community events
- Evaluate injuries and implement treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Educate athletes and patients on injury-prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with care teams
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or a related field required
- Certified by the BOC (Board of Certification)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Minnesota
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
