Description – Your Role Unveiled

• Accurately analyze results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and ensure samples are prepared appropriately for testing.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hiring.
• Ensure current certification is maintained throughout your employment.
