In the historic town of Power, Montana, where the wide Missouri River winds through golden prairies and life moves at a more meaningful pace, there’s a hospital team that feels more like family—and they’re looking for a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join them.
Here, being a Surgical Tech means more than just knowing your instruments. It means being a trusted partner in every procedure, bringing calm, confidence, and clinical precision to each moment in the OR. It starts with preparing the operating room—carefully organizing surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Sterility isn’t just a protocol here; it’s a promise you keep to every patient who lies on that table.
When the procedure begins, you’re fully engaged—assisting the surgeon by passing instruments, holding retractors, and anticipating needs before they’re spoken. You stay focused, sterile, and steady. Between surgeries, you help turn over the room, clean instruments, and ensure everything is ready for the next case. You are essential in keeping the surgical environment safe, efficient, and patient-centered.
What makes Power special isn’t just the hospital—it’s the community. A place where people wave from their porches, where the stars stretch endlessly above, and where your work is noticed and appreciated. You’re not one of many—you’re one of us.

When your shift ends, the calm of Power awaits—walks along the river, evenings under open skies, and a sense of community that’s hard to find anywhere else. It’s the kind of place where you can build a life, not just a career.
If you’re ready to make a difference in a place that truly values what you bring to the table, we’d love to hear from you.
