What You’ll Be Doing

As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you’ll work closely with patients to assess their physical and cognitive abilities, set meaningful recovery goals, and create customized treatment plans that promote independence, safety, and long-term success. You’ll guide patients through hands-on therapy sessions that improve fine motor skills, coordination, range of motion, and adaptive function. With each interaction, you’ll build trust and motivation, helping patients regain autonomy in dressing, cooking, bathing, and all the small routines that make up a life.

You’ll also play a vital role in educating patients and their caregivers, offering practical strategies to carry therapy beyond the clinical space. Whether you’re recommending home modifications or demonstrating adaptive tools, you’ll ensure that progress made in the clinic translates to confidence at home.

Who We’re Looking For

You must be a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Wisconsin, with certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT). Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is appreciated, but we welcome new graduates who bring strong fundamentals, an open mind, and a heart for helping others thrive.
