Help People Reclaim Independence in a Region Built on Ingenuity and Natural Beauty
If you’re a licensed Occupational Therapist ready to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives, this is your opportunity to join a team that values personalized care, collaboration, and the power of human resilience. Whether you’re helping someone adapt after an injury or guiding a patient through the recovery of daily living skills, your role will be essential to building stronger paths forward — one plan, one goal, one breakthrough at a time.
You’ll be stepping into a close-knit rehabilitation team that believes in care that’s both clinically sound and deeply personal. Your creativity, patience, and problem-solving will play a vital role in helping individuals gain or regain the abilities that matter most to them — from dressing independently to returning to work or caring for a loved one. Here, you’ll have the flexibility to innovate, the support to grow, and the satisfaction of knowing your work has lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this full-time role, you’ll assess patient needs and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to specific goals and lifestyles. Through evidence-based interventions, you’ll help improve fine motor skills, coordination, cognitive functioning, and everyday task performance. You’ll educate and empower patients and their families with exercises and adaptive techniques to use at home, while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, physicians, and other specialists. Throughout the process, you’ll track progress, adjust strategies, and continue evolving your approach to fit every patient’s unique journey.
Why You’ll Love the Team — and the Character of the Region Around You
Here, you’ll find a workplace that encourages new ideas, honors your professional insight, and fosters continuous development through mentorship, training, and leadership opportunities. Our environment is supportive and mission-driven, where every team member contributes to our shared goal of restoring independence and improving lives.
And when your shift is over, you’ll find yourself in a region shaped by water, innovation, and the kind of charm that never feels manufactured. Just a short drive from world-famous falls and nestled near historic canals, this area is a unique mix of natural beauty and clever engineering. Winding nature trails, scenic gorge overlooks, and waterfalls are right around the corner — perfect for a quiet weekend hike or an impromptu photo stop. You’ll also discover underground boat rides, local wineries on the Niagara Wine Trail, and a vibrant community that celebrates its past while always welcoming the new.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need a current Occupational Therapist license and registration to practice in New York, along with active NBCOT certification. Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is appreciated, but motivated new grads with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care are encouraged to apply. If you bring thoughtful communication, problem-solving expertise, and a commitment to helping people reach their full potential, you’ll fit right in.
Let’s Build Something That Lasts — Together
If you're ready to take the next step in your occupational therapy career with a team that shares your dedication to meaningful care, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and bring your insight, your empathy, and your energy to a region — and a role — where your impact is felt every day.
