Weekend Warrior RN Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care across multiple units, adapting quickly to each department’s protocols and needs.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and respond to emergencies.
- Support patient and family education regarding treatments, medications, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members in diverse care settings.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of [Insert State].
- BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications preferred or required based on assigned unit.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience in at least two of the following: Med Surg, ICU, PCU, ER.
