Job Highlights

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and craft tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Effective Interventions: Leverage evidence-based practices to boost motor abilities, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living for your patients.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to ensure continued progress at home.
• Track Progress and Make Adjustments: Monitor patients’ clinical outcomes and adapt treatment approaches to ensure they remain on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouraged continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Required Credentials

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification is mandatory.
