Registered Nurse Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, patient-centered nursing care for individuals with both acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform regular assessments and document changes using electronic charting systems.
- Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies in accordance with care plans.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Guide patients and families through recovery, including surgical prep and post-op support.
- Provide clear education about diagnoses, medications, and discharge instructions.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a busy, acute care environment.
