To step into this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you’re already certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized organization, amazing. If you’re eligible and working toward certification, we still want to meet you. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, a great communicator, and ready to be part of a team that values collaboration as much as competence.
