Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain advanced laboratory equipment to analyze patient samples and ensure precise test results
- Adhere to strict quality control standards, following established clinical protocols to maintain accuracy and reliability
- Perform complex diagnostic tests with a high level of scientific accuracy, contributing to informed medical decisions
- Maintain an organized and efficient lab environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Requirements:
- Certification by the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a closely related field
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
