Your Role:

• Design Tailored Treatment Strategies: Assess the unique needs of your patients and formulate individualized therapy plans that support their functional goals.

• Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic treatment.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Share knowledge of therapy methods to enable families to support progress at home.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and make necessary modifications to treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement for ongoing education or postgraduate credentials

Certifications:

• Active OTR/L licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
