Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care in a hospital setting
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vitals, and support recovery
• Coordinate with physicians, LPNs, and allied health professionals to implement care plans
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established hospital protocols
• Respond quickly and appropriately in urgent or emergency situations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
• ACLS preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• A patient-centered, team-first approach to care
