Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative at MLR.org, you will maintain relationships with our valued clients while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients and our Recruiters, understanding their support needs, and providing them with exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings, working with recruiters.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services to existing clients based on their evolving staffing needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve collection goals, fostering a harmonious work environment with financial rewards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts to pitch services to clients and attract top talent.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, candidates, and client relationships simultaneously.
