Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive sourcing.
- Conduct outreach to assess candidates’ career goals and align them with our job opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Facilitate and support the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS/CRM, maintaining candidate and client information.
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside in Prairie Lea or be willing to relocate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques to attract top talent and promote services.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
