Occupational Therapist- Full Time
MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare system to hire a seasoned Occupational Therapist for a full-time, day shift position. This role involves working Monday through Friday, with one Saturday shift each month, focusing on developing and managing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and create individualized treatment plans in line with occupational therapy standards.
- Implement and adapt therapy programs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Oversee and mentor licensed occupational therapy assistants, technicians, and other support personnel.
- Utilize and maintain rehabilitation equipment, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
Occupational Therapist- Full Time Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline.
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
- Active CPR certification.
- A valid Texas driver’s license is required for those assigned as HMC drivers (if applicable).
