Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine cellular specimens to identify abnormalities
- Utilize advanced cytology techniques to assist in diagnosing diseases
- Work closely with pathologists and laboratory staff to provide accurate and timely results
- Maintain meticulous records and adhere to quality control standards
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in cytotechnology and related fields
Qualifications:
- ASCP certification (or equivalent) as a Cytotechnologist required
- Strong knowledge of cytological procedures and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
