Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Compassionate, High-Quality Care:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and chronic conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and document patient responses and progress
Collaborate and Communicate:
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and fellow nurses to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Participate in care team discussions and contribute to clinical decision-making
- Support patients and families with education, emotional guidance, and clear communication
Prioritize Patient Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and patient safety standards
- Maintain patient confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Washington State
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond quickly in fast-changing situations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
